Hydraulic Breaking Hammers should be stored in a place where there is little change in temperature.
Hydraulic hammers should have the braze removed and the internal nitrogen gas bled out.
The end of the piston should be greased and the braze and bushing should be coated with rust inhibitor.
When lubrication is not possible, the braze must be retracted to allow the piston to enter the cylinder.
Fittings connecting the excavator to the main part of the machine should be sealed with fitting caps to prevent dirt from entering the tubing.
Hydraulic breaker hammer is best placed vertically, if not, it should be placed on the flat ground of the square wooden bar.
Storage Method:
Every 3 months: In order for the seals to have a good working condition, turn the hydraulic breaker hammer over and place it on its back.
Every 6 months: Check all seals and bolts inside the cylinder for corrosion.
Before working:
Every 3 months: Check seals.
Every 6 months: Check seals and corrosion condition.
Caution:
If the hydraulic breaker hammer is placed on a square wooden bar for more than six months, check the corrosion status of all seals and bolts inside the cylinder before operation.
